Please note that all payments must be made within 60 days of the tournament completion.  In order to reconcile my accounts, I'll need to release payment for your services within that time frame so PLEASE contact me immediately at refereekelly@gmail.com if you have not received your payment.

General

If the games are pushed back due to field conditions, officials will need to remain to complete the tournament.  If game time is reduced to allow for cancelled games to be played the officials will receive partial payment.  The assignor has the authority to use three (3) officials on those games and each official will receive full (or reduced should it apply) compensation for that game.  This will only apply if weather alters the tournament schedule.  If games are backed up due to weather, officials are required to stay to complete games that are rescheduled.  When an official does not stay, full compensation will not be made for the games missed.  Compensation will only be paid for the games officials complete, no exceptions.

GAMES ARE $1.25 per minute. Snacks and water will be provided but we do ask that you bring your own water bottle.  Travel fees will not be compensated.  When housing is provided, the rooms will house two to four officiants, no family or friends HOTELS FOR PA AND DE TOURNAMENTS ONLY.
